The Art of Motivation

Mariana Gariazzo is a new music performer, recording artist, and active new music collaborator. She works closely with living composers premiering, performing and recording compositions for C, alto, and bass flutes. She has been teaching flute in higher education for over 16 years and has curated innovative and stimulating programs in academia and non-profit service positions. Over the years, Mariana has developed close relationships with many influential musicians and composers and constantly draws inspiration from the intersection of performance, pedagogy and research. She has been featured in numerous recital series, festivals, and conferences in  Europe, Asia, Latin and North America. Her passion for discovering and performing new music makes her an invaluable asset to the classical music flute community.
